The Art Manager is the Art Rights management system, where you can manage your art collection, insert new works, share them, modify information, create Art Rights certificates and request validation from third parties or even the services of the Art Concierge.
Click on “Fast Rights” to insert a work with a reduced number of information. Enter the image, fill in the sections and click “Save” to save the information.
Click immediately on “Art Rights” to certify your information and create the Art Rights certificate of your work with the Timestamp validation in blockchain. Select the sections you wish to appear in the Certificate, accept the terms and conditions and click on “Send Request”
NB: After clicking on “Send Request”, to ensure the security of the platform for future validations, it will no longer be possible to change the information in the “Artwork” section (artist name, title, main photo), while the other sections will always be editable and integrable at any time. In case of error, cancel the work and reload the work from scratch by entering the correct data. After this step, the system will take over your request and we will notify you when it has been successful.
When the “Art Rights” button turns green, you can download the Art Rights Certificate.
Click on Insert if you want to validate more information about your work.
Fill in all or part of the 11 sections and click “Save” to save the information.
Select the sections you want to include in the Art Rights certificate, accept the terms and conditions and click on “Send Request”
NB: After clicking on “Send Request”, to ensure the security of the platform for future validations, it will no longer be possible to change the information in the “Artwork” section (artist name, title, main photo), while the other sections will always be editable and integrable at any time. 1.2 ART RIGHTS CERTIFICATE
The Art Rights Certificate of Authenticity is a digital document with a legal value, thanks to the timestamp validation in the blockchain for the certain date and to verified users.
It contains all the information entered by the user registered on the platform and includes any third party validations to confirm the information.
The first page is composed of: The data of the work and the image entered by the user AR CODE: a unique code that the platform attributes to the certified work AR USER: a unique code that the platform attributes to the user AR AUTH: a unique code that the platform attributes to the Art Rights Certificate HASH: unique hash code in Blockchain VERIFY LINK: link to verify the transaction in Blockchain TIMESTAMP: Timestamp of the creation of the certificate QR CODE: for verification on the platform
The peculiarity of the Art Rights Certificate is that it contains more information and more pages in which it is present all the data entered by the user, including information on the Property, the Exhibition History, the Economic Value that they wish to share and insert. The user decides which information to share and insert in his certificate.
The icon “link” on the right under the preview, as well as the button “ART RIGTHS” in the detail sheet of the work, indicates the certification STATUS: ; GREEN: certified work, you can download the Art Rights Certificate of the work in pdf format
YELLOW: works in certification, you must wait for the Timestamp validation phase of the certificate to end. In this status you will NOT be able to send, request validation or modify the work.
RED: the work has not yet been certified, or you have made some changes or additions to the ‘work and therefore it is necessary to re-send it in certification to update the certificate. In this status you will NOT be able to send, request validation or modify the work.
ART RIGHST COA (Certification of Authenticity) and LEGAL PACKAGE
From the “ART MANAGER” section by selecting the work and then on “WORK DETAILS” you will access the complete work sheet.
On the left in the menu under “ART RIGHTS COA” you will find the request history of external certification and validation of the work by the Validators.
Instead under the button to send in certification “ART RIGHTS” there is the link “Get the legal package ” which gives access to the original files and the OTS process to verify the timestamp validation for legal purposes, together with the processes and encryption keys used. The legal package DOES NOT GO SHARED and if downloaded it must be kept in a safe place for the purpose of its use.
NB: Each User undertakes to provide truthful and comp lete for each “Art Rights Certificate” , assuming any wider responsibility in this regard, and relieving Art Backers s.r.l. (Art Rights) from any related civil and criminal liability. Art Backers is not responsible and excludes any responsibility in relation to all information provided by the User and between Users. Without prejudice to the exclusive responsibility of the User for the information provided during the request for a Certificate, Art Backers reserves the right in any case to carry out any appropriate investigation and to proceed according to the provisions of point 4.8 of the terms and conditions of use of the platform .

The User will receive an email of sharing, and for the time, he will have access from his Art Manager in the “ART RIGHTS” section and on “SHARE” to the work in the “SHARED WITH YOU” section.
Section that allows you to share your work and directly contact a professional to request management, protection and enhancement services for your art collection. You can select professionals according to their category, send the form of the work for which a concierge service is requested together with an accompanying message in which to include your contact details, email, telephone and service request.
The professional will have access to the information of the work for the duration of the request.
The relationships and contractual conditions of the services requested by the User will be managed in full by the User himself and the professional supplier or the supplier company. Art Rights does not carry out any brokerage service and will not require any additional compensation or commission with reference to these services.
The User and the professional / company will be solely responsible for the information and data exchanged and for the fulfillment of the respective bonds.
Art Rights declines all responsibility in this regard, nor can it be held liable in any way for any failure, delay or damage of any other type deriving to the User or to the professional supplier or to the supplier company from the services contracted through the Art Concierge section.
Section that allows you to submit a sale proposal for your Art Rights Certificate to an external user or already present on the platform.
You will have to enter the user data, the price and the duration of the p sale post.
In case of acceptance of the sale, the buyer will pay for the work and automatically the card and the entire documentation of the Art Rights Certificate will pass into his possession and will be visible. and modifiable in its Art Manager.
NB: The relationships and conditions of sale defined by the User will be fully managed by the Users involved in the transaction.
In the event that the sale is completed, Art Rights will be entitled to receive a fee equal to 20% of the fee received by the seller User.
The sale of the Art Rights Certificate does not necessarily correspond to the PHYSICAL sale of the work.
It allows you to verify the Art Rights VALIDATION requests sent and received.
In the case of requests received you have 15 days to release your validation or refuse it.
When you decide to VALIDATE a work, you confirm that the information received is according to your personal experience and truthful competence.
