Burning Man Project and Sotheby’s together for a charity auction
The Burning Man Project association and Sotheby’s are collaborating to organize an online charity auction that will offer a selection of works of art, collectibles, mutant vehicles, NFTs and performances by artists and creators.
The online catalog will be released at the end of the summer and the auction will open online towards the end of September, during the eight days of the Burning Man festival. Some of the lots on sale will be available for viewing at Sotheby’s New York, with the opportunity to live virtual and in-person artistic experiences from the beginning of October.
The non-profit Burning Man Project annually organizes the well-known Burning Man festival in Black Rock City, in the Nevada desert.
A real cultural hub to spread the principles and values of this festival around the world where each of the participants is free to organize performances, art exhibitions, performances and workshops.
