Thanks to NFTs, it is possible to validate copyrights, through a smart contract, so the model argues that this process can allow women to have greater control over their image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale of the NFT promoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artrights.me\/en\/news-from-the-digital-world-and-nft-26-april-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Christie&#8217;s on May 14<\/a> will allow the model to receive financial feedback which, according to Ratajkowski, would compensate the &#8220;moral debt&#8221; caused by the unauthorized use of her image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The issue of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artrights.me\/en\/artists-and-rights-violation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">illegal appropriation of copyright <\/a>is a hot one, in the world of physical art as well as in the crypto one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Prince has been sued several times for copyright infringement, regarding the &#8220;New Portraits&#8221;
