Symbolism is the key to understanding Anne Spalter’s art. A series of symbols recur cyclically in her production and, although extremely personal, they have the ability to stimulate universal responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Urban elements meet UFOs from Sci-Fi stories and mirrors of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contemporary and fantastic panoramas are the protagonists of Spalter’s works and arise from the artist’s creative references ranging from the writings of Carl Jung to science fiction literature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
