There are also fairs for any pocket, such as the itinerant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.affordableartfair.com\/\">Affordable Art Fair<\/a>, or even more specialised ones, such as<a href=\"http:\/\/1-54.com\/\" class=\"broken_link\"> 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whatsoever way you decide to get\u00a0in contact with a gallery, it is always good to keep in mind a few simple rules:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If you are an <strong>artist<\/strong>, never contact a\u00a0gallerist\u00a0in a <strong>period just before or just after an exhibition or an event<\/strong>: neither he nor his staff will pay the due attention to you;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not show up at the gallery <strong>without warning<\/strong>, especially if you are interested in starting a <strong>collaboration<\/strong>.
