The solo show<\/a> is a fundamental step in the career of an artist: a presentation of his artistic research, in balance with the exhibition space, to highlight the main aspects.<\/em><\/h1>\n

[signinlocker id=4040]\u00a0Organising a personal exhibition presents multiple variables. Renting an exhibition space and curating your exhibition as an artist is not customary, but a possibility that could be taken into consideration at the beginning of one’s career.<\/p>\n

The more will be the resonance in the art world and among its operators and collectors, if the exhibition project will find space inside an art gallery<\/a>, whose task is to create a long-term positioning of the artist sustained, placing him successfully into the market also through a coherent and forward-looking curatorial approach.<\/p>\n

Each personal exhibition is created following a series of fundamental steps.<\/p>\n

  1. Conceiving: <\/b>phase where the exhibition project is selected or the theme enclosed in a body of works is chosen, which must always be narrated through a real storytelling<\/strong>.
    \nWhat do I want to communicate? How do I want to do it? And why?<\/em> These are just some of the questions that the artist must ask himself at the beginning of the organization<\/li>\n
  2. Project planning<\/strong>: chosen the theme, it is necessary to establish its technical needs. Which works to exhibit, where it is fundamental to have a Archive<\/strong> to draw on to immediately and easily trace all the information; evaluate insurance coverage and details for transportation, analyze the exhibition space, including the possibilities and critical issues it presents, in addition to the drawing of a Business Plan<\/li>\n
  3. Operational phase:<\/strong> from idea to practice. In the operational phase, the set-up<\/strong> is carried out and all the activities of drafting the supporting texts begin<\/strong>\u00a0(from the colophon to the captions, from the guides to the catalog).<\/strong>
