{"id":9249,"date":"2020-03-31T09:02:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T09:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/migrate1.artrights.me\/le-startup-dellarte\/"},"modified":"2021-04-21T15:19:37","modified_gmt":"2021-04-21T15:19:37","slug":"the-art-startups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/artrights.me\/en\/the-art-startups\/","title":{"rendered":"The Art Startups"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">When change arises from a Vision<\/h2>\n<h2>Identifying a &#8220;gray area&#8221; in a specific market, having an idea, transforming it into a business opportunity, with a scalable and replicable model generating a profit is the primary purpose of a startup.<\/h2>\n<h2>The model does not change if the startup itself is focused on art and its multiple variations, both in production and in services.<\/h2>\n<h2><!--more--><\/h2>\n<section class=\"content-section full-width with-col cover pb-70 pb-xs-50 rella-no-margin content-section-5a71cb13dc9ff\">\n<div class=\"row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>A startup is a <strong>new company<\/strong> with a great <strong>state of innovation<\/strong>, born according to a <strong>scalable business model<\/strong>, that is, of strong growth in international market contexts.<\/p>\n<h2><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What are the purposes of a Startup?<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond to a market question with an<strong> alternative idea or vision;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a<strong> replicable and scalable business model to implement that vision<\/strong>;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make <strong>profit<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The innovative processes of a startup necessarily go through the <em><strong>&#8220;validation phase&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, during which, in order to create a working prototype of the vision, support with <strong>economic investments<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n<p>These can come from banks, <strong>business development centers or investors called <em>business angels.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the startup is able to compete with the leading companies in a specific sector, we can talk about <em><strong>disruption<\/strong><\/em>, which consists in the<strong> &#8220;destruction&#8221; of consolidated businesses<\/strong> in favor of the growth of startups offering new services or goods, in new ways and more efficient.<\/p>\n<p>Creating a startup is a demanding challenge &#8211; studies show a failure rate of 96% &#8211; <strong>9 out of 10 startups do not exceed the third year of life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Italy, art startups are recognized as &#8220;<em><strong>innovative startups&#8221;<\/strong> <\/em>for their contribution in terms of innovation and development.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>cultural sector,<\/strong> numerous startups were born for the <strong>production of technologies and the provision of services,<\/strong> with an ever closer link between <strong>art and innovation<\/strong>, to act in the system and in the art market with dynamics somewhat reluctant to change.<\/p>\n<p>Today, out of more than 5 thousand Italian museums, <strong>27% do not have any digital visit support service<\/strong>, as well as no online presence or on social networks.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><em>The Digital Innovation Observatory in Cultural Heritage and Activities of the Polytechnic of Milan<\/em> has estimated that in Italy there are about 67 tourism startups, 78 of cultural tourism, 27 of art.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><em><span lang=\"en\">So how is it possible to innovate the art world?<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<h2><em>What processes are at the heart of an art startup&#8217;s vision?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Identify new opportunities, implement them quickly, find new services and new opportunities to give concrete answers to unresolved needs, such as <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/artrights.me\/en\/the-digital-archive\/\">the digitization of contents and artworks<\/a><\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> <strong>the improvement of the services offered by the operators or systems<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/artrights.me\/en\/art-rights\/\">certifying the authenticity of the artworks.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span lang=\"en\">Among the best known art startups we find<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artbackers.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art Backers<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span lang=\"en\">whose motto is &#8220;Support art and support artists&#8221;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
